The Dennert Baustoffwelt GmbH group of companies has developed over more than 90 years into a specialist for prefabricated building components. The broad company portfolio includes system building materials for walls, floor slabs, ceilings and basement stairs, chimney systems as well as wooden walls and ceilings in hybrid construction.
When it comes to sustainability, DENNERT can score points with a DX ceiling. The ceiling consists of concrete parts with hollow chambers, which saves a lot of material. The parts are manufactured exclusively in the company's own factories in Germany, which also contributes to greater sustainability in terms of short transportation routes. It goes without saying that the DX ceiling meets all current insulation requirements. In areas 20 and 24, impact sound is no longer an issue.
Another feature for a DX ceiling is available with the DX-Therm ceiling. Here, aluminum composite pipes are installed in the ceiling for the climate profile, thus enabling heating and cooling in one system. The system works in houses over several storeys, but in the attic the climate profile must be installed in the sloping roof. This means that this heating and cooling system can be used throughout the entire house, from the ceilings to the roof truss.
