At Inhorgenta 2024, the Messe TV team took the opportunity to ask the enchanting ambassador of the Boss watch brand, Rebecca Mir, model and TV presenter, questions about her personal relationship with jewelry and her impressions of Inhorgenta.
In conversation, Rebecca Mir immediately confirms how much she loves jewelry and smiles as she looks at her wrist, saying that she can wear jewelry every day and at any time of day. Depending on the occasion, she likes to change it up, but in the evening it can of course be a little more and a good dose of "bling bling" - she is never at a loss for ideas. Because of her affinity for beautiful watches and jewelry, she is particularly happy to be able to work for such a great brand as Boss.
Rebecca Mir reveals in conversation that she is an enthusiastic watch wearer. She loves watches, even big watches. She appreciates small, fine watches as an elegant, chic accessory to dresses, for everyday wear in trousers and a suit she prefers large watches, she laughingly calls a diameter of 36 her "size".
The visit to Inhorgenta 2024 is a first for the model and presenter. Her impression of it is simply breathtaking. She finds the many different, huge trade fair stands with their enormous range of products right next to each other simply stunning.
Even the lively presenter finds it difficult to identify an absolute highlight. She marvels at the many great brands, attractive promotions and appealing set-ups. Her own presence at the Boss stand is clearly a personal highlight alongside the many other impressions. During our interview, she was already looking forward to the Inhorgenta Award ceremony the following evening, which she will present together with Christian Düren. As part of the 50th anniversary of Inhorgenta, this will certainly be a very special evening.
Who could be more passionate about trends in the jewelry industry than jewelry lover Rebecca Mir? She is enthusiastic about the return of old-school pieces and fondly remembers her grandmother's beautiful, timeless pieces of jewelry. It's wonderful when small details are adapted in a contemporary way so that they can also be worn in everyday life. For Rebecca Mir, jewelry is generally timeless and beautiful.
In this interview, Rebecca Mir gives us a glimpse, at least verbally, into her very personal jewelry box. Compared to her grandmother's, she still has a lot to add, she reveals. She also collects diligently. Everything is neatly organized in a box, each earring and necklace has its own place. Some necklaces also hang decoratively in her dressing room. Like in a showroom, so to speak, where a corner is reserved for jewelry.
