The ABUS app extends security technology for front doors and patio doors into the digital age by allowing users to conveniently manage their doors via smartphone or other devices such as an Apple Watch. Users can therefore not only increase the physical security of their home through smart living, but also enhance their well-being through the simple operation of the app.
ABUS stands for more than 100 years of security technology
Abus has been established in security technology for 100 years and the company has a broad range of products - door and window security, occupational safety and electronic security. At the Fensterbau Frontale 2024 trade fair, Abus will be presenting the current highlight of its range: the LOXERIS, an upgrade for conventional doors that is suitable for every end customer.
LOXERIS - Open door with app
The LOXERIS makes it possible to open a door with just one touch on the smartphone. Customers who own an Apple Watch can also use it for this purpose. A fingerprint or keypad reader can be set up on the door in question, which can be used to open the door. A small remote control is also offered as a classic option. Changing the device's battery is kept simple, and the LOXERIS also offers a Living Home scenario, for which you have 10 seconds to step out of the door after pressing the device.
Smart living with ABUS - one app, many applications
The Abus One smartphone app is not specialized in a single device: All of the company's smart devices and tools can be managed in just one app. These include, for example, the Abus Key-Garage, cameras and bicycle locks. The Abus One app therefore offers a smart solution for everyday life.
Patio door becomes a second front door
WINTECTO will also be presented at the "Fensterbau Frontale 2024" trade fair. This is a patio door drive. This device practically turns the patio door into a second entrance door. Just like the tool for the entrance door, the WINTECTO can also be controlled via a smartphone or Applewatch. The Abus One app can be used just as easily. The WINTECTO is easy to install with just two screws and quickly transforms the patio door into an entrance door. The integrated motor makes it unnecessary to touch the door handle and provides quick access to the house.
