Developed through close cooperation between Wick Machinery from Vienna and robotics partner Effedi from Udine, this system enables efficient feeding, filling and packaging of products. The core of the robotic solution is based on the Flexibowl system, which positions the bottles precisely and in the correct position, supported by a camera system for contour recognition.
The system is characterized by its compact modular design, which makes it possible to achieve complete system integration on just two and a half square meters. The closed cell, developed by Effedi, and the high-precision filling and capping technologies from Wick Machinery guarantee an efficient and space-saving production solution. This technology is particularly suitable for sectors such as pharmaceuticals, diagnostics, cosmetics and the food industry, which have specific requirements for cleanroom environments and high process reliability.
Another plus point of this system is the integrated energy monitoring system, which has already won a national award in Italy.
