TRUCK JOBS: Truck driver placement

TRUCK JOBS brings truck drivers and companies together. At transport logistic 2019 at the Munich trade fair, TRUCK JOBS will be showing with "World of Heroes" that you are on a much bigger mission. What exactly?

TRUCK JOBS as part of "World of Heroes"

TRUCKJOBS is part of the "World of Heroes", an association of companies that are convinced that the transport industry as a whole deserves more appreciation. It is a very important industry and, in the view of Daniel Stancke (Managing Director of JobMatchMe GmbH), this is somewhat underestimated. TRUCK JOBS tries to focus on the people who keep the industry running and not so much on the product. In this way, the companies consciously and with conviction distinguish themselves from many other providers.

Portal for truck drivers and transport clients

A key issue is the shortage of drivers and the appreciation of truck drivers. According to the company itself, the truck-jobs.com portal is currently probably the world's largest marketplace for truck drivers. In Germany and Austria alone, there are already more than 100,000 drivers who have registered on the portal in search of a new job. This compares to 550 companies that are looking for drivers on the portal.

Truck driver job placement - company by algorithm

An algorithm is used to create the basis for cooperation based on various criteria. Both sides specify what they are looking for and what they have to offer, as well as their expectations. Based on this, it is then calculated who should get to know each other. This works very successfully. Currently, someone applies via the platform every fourteen minutes. A win-win situation for clients and truck drivers.
