K2 has been making skis for more than 50 years. We let them show us what the latest model on show at Ispo in Munich can do. The Konic ski we are shown has a completely new shape for an even sportier skiing style. There have also been some changes to the ski boots.
The most important thing is the Exo Konic Technology. There is more torsional rigidity in front of and behind the binding.
The Ikonic 84ti ski has a completely new construction. The ski tip is wider this year, which makes the ski more aggressive on the piste. The skis have been reshaped. The carbon applications emphasize the sportiness. K2 is primarily at home in the all-mountain sector. Or rather in the all-round sector, which distinguishes it from racer skis. The ski is priced at 849,95€.
The Spyne 130 has been completely rebuilt. A lot has changed, especially in the inner boot. The new camber on the outside of the ski liner creates a better grip and more precise performance. It is more comfortable for the ankles and still retains support at the heel. The Intuition liner can be heated and thus completely adapted to the foot. It insulates well and is customizable, so you have nice warm feet all day long.
The helmet with generous ventilation slits is individually adjustable. Depending on the weather, you can insulate the ski helmet or ventilate your head. The Power Airfoil Carbon ski poles are extra-light, aerodynamically shaped and become narrower towards the back. The hand straps can be released to prevent "ski thumb".
