The series manufacturer Bavaria Yacht builds up to 700 beautiful yachts every year. They are wonderful to sail and offer plenty of space, they are simply beautiful. But what new products will the yacht builder be presenting at boot in Düsseldorf?
Bavaria Yachtbau will be exhibiting 6 sailing boats at its stand in Hall 6 at boot 2024. All sailboats from the C-line and Cruiser 34 will be on display. The company is particularly proud of the German premiere of the Bavaria 46 sailing yacht. The model is a completely new development from the fall of 2023 and can now be seen for the first time in Düsseldorf. The boat has a length of almost 14.50 m and a width of 4.70 m. Apart from its great design and interior, it has fantastic sailing characteristics. Experts appreciate the sail carrying capacity of 4.6, which means a very sporty ratio of surface area to hull and weight.
Together with the Italian yacht designers Cossutti, a fantastic, incredibly fast hull with chines (edges in the hull) was designed and constructed, which make the boat very stable from a 15 to 20 degree angle. The bow is very voluminous and is known as the Bavaria V-Bow. This makes the boat easy to steer, even if it heels over.
The C46 exhibited at boot 24 has a 3-cabin layout; forward with a large owner's cabin with separate shower, separate WC and bathroom. Inside there are two large guest cabins, with an additional WC accessible from the port saloon. On the starboard side, there is a large utility room for storing and stowing various items such as tools and everything you need on long journeys. This is the kind of space that a ship owner particularly loves.
The flagship C57, the largest of the C-line, can also be viewed on the stand. It costs around 977,000 euros excluding VAT. The successful C38 and C42 models will also be there. Both are produced in large numbers because they are so popular with customers. The price for the C46 starts at 364,000 euros including VAT and can add up to 450,000 euros depending on the equipment.
