The new collection from Knabstrup Keramik in collaboration with the renowned ceramic artist Eric Landon brings together traditional craftsmanship and modern production techniques. The five unique vases combine artistic shapes with high-quality glazes and are made in Portugal. With this cooperation, Stelton is setting a new design accent and making exclusive ceramic art accessible to a wide audience.
Aesthetic craftsmanship meets modern production
The vases designed by Eric Landon, known as Tortus, stand for the highest level of craftsmanship and stylish design. Landon, who traditionally works on the potter's wheel, has developed particularly curved and organic shapes for this collection. In order to make these works of art accessible to a wider target group, the originals were digitized using the latest 3D scanning technology and mass-produced in Portugal. This preserves the handcrafted character of the vases while allowing them to be produced in high quality.
