Simplytherm is an Austrian company that specializes in the sale of highly efficient surface heating and cooling systems for drywall construction. The product range includes solutions for floor, wall and ceiling heating systems that can be used in both new builds and renovations. With a minimum installation height of just 18 mm, the systems enable quick and easy installation without the need for extensive construction work.
At Heim+Handwerk, Simplytherm is presenting a pioneering renovation system for underfloor heating that has been specially developed for floors, walls and ceilings in old buildings. With a construction height of just 18 millimetres, the milled gypsum fiberboards are ideal for use on existing floors when installing floor heating. Thanks to the water-bearing technology, the system can be easily connected to existing heating systems such as oil and gas heating systems and heat pumps. It offers an additional benefit for heat pumps in particular: the wall and ceiling panels can be used for cooling in summer, which ensures a pleasant indoor climate.
With a handy format of 1 x 0.6 metres and a weight of just 9 kilograms, Simplytherm panels are optimized for DIY enthusiasts. Installation is simple, allowing DIY enthusiasts to fit the panels and the heating pipe themselves before a specialist company carries out the final connection. The panels can even be used in old buildings with limited load-bearing capacity after the floor has been upgraded. This sophisticated system offers DIY enthusiasts and professionals alike a high degree of flexibility and efficiency.
Simplytherm relies on a complete system that includes all components such as panels, pipes, casting compound and connections. This makes installation easier and ensures optimum results. With a reduced flow temperature of around 30 degrees, the system saves 30 to 40 percent heating energy. This energy efficiency makes it not only economical, but also environmentally friendly. The investment costs of around 100 euros per square meter pay for themselves through the long-term energy savings and improved quality of living.
Simplytherm will be presenting this innovative system at Heim+Handwerk 2024. With a network of experienced tradespeople, the company is on hand to advise private and commercial customers on installation and connection. This unique system combines functionality, energy efficiency and simple installation to create an optimal solution for modern renovation projects.
