Siemens is a global leader in the fields of electrification, automation and digitalization. It offers a wide range of products and solutions, from industrial automation to building technology and medical equipment. Siemens focuses on innovation and sustainability to improve the quality of life and increase efficiency. With SICHARGE-D, Siemens offers a flexible and efficient charging solution for electric vehicles that is based on the latest technologies and is characterized by high performance and adaptability. KACO new energy, as part of Siemens AG, specializes in inverters for decentralized energy supply and promotes the use of renewable energies and efficient energy management through innovative products. This cooperation supports electrification and contributes to a sustainable energy supply.
Siemens is presenting the SICHARGE-D charging station at the trade fair, which impresses with a charging capacity of up to 400 kilowatts. Thanks to an additional dispenser, this charging station makes it possible to charge up to four vehicles simultaneously at one grid connection. This technology is already being used successfully in projects and at filling stations and is suitable for cars as well as buses and trucks.
KACO inverters, an established product in the Siemens portfolio, efficiently convert the DC voltage from solar modules into usable AC voltage for the electrical grid. With over 25 years of market experience, the KACO brand stands for maximum efficiency and sustainability. Siemens continues to rely on the KACO brand to ensure that the energy generated by photovoltaics is optimally utilized.
Siemens attaches great importance to sustainability, not only in terms of decarbonization, but right from the start of product development. With the Siemens Ecotec label, the company certifies products that are designed to be sustainable from production to recycling. This enables Siemens' customers to design their own manufacturing processes sustainably and thus make an important contribution to environmental protection.
